You will note that Sunday’s post has a different sound? That is because it is not written by me, the Labrys-person. Nor by my husband the Minotaur. So in “The Jester Speaks – Can Winston Smith Speak?” you meet the “Jester” of my subtitle. He and I ride the internet “rails” of our current dystopia together and he finally has decided to do so publicly here He has various nicknames — the Jester, T-Rex (which is for his meat devouring habits, but also as Tom-who-would-be-King), the Manchild because all animals love him and he could put Tarzan to shame. (The featured image is also tattoo’d on his arm.)

Herland

The name of this blog, and my Dreamwidth blog, Herlander Refugee, is taken from a 1915 feminist novel "Herland". It makes my heart sing that modern women are experimenting with creation of a new "Herland"!
