And Just In Case…

1guns kill people…you think people with guns stopped shooting people with no guns?  Wrongo!

Last year, an actual account of all the mass shootings (where more than one person was shot in one incident – whether everyone shot died or not) WAS documented in one spot.   See, the moronic media only thinks it newsworthy if a whole pile of people died.  So they might not count some guy shooting up his neighborhood if he is a shit-shot and didn’t manage to rack up a fatality count.  But trust me, it is STILL traumatic and painful even if everyone doesn’t die.

So, here we are about three months into 2014.  And yes, there have been 51 mass shooting events.   I am astonished and happy to note it is not hitting last year’s average of at least one per day; but it is early in the year.  And you have to admit, the winter in two thirds of the nation likely made those itchy trigger fingers too COLD to go out and gun it up.  So, just in case the rhetoric rises (falls?) to the stupid levels seen in the past; go to those links to get your ammo for some sensible response to gun violence!
