AS has been noted before, suicides amongst US military members has climbed to match and surpass battlefield deaths. Now the British military is noting the same trend. Can we ALL please go home and leave that blood-stained sandbox behind now?

It infuriates me that suicides, almost certainly the result of PTSD, are not counted as war dead and not commemorated with the comrades in arms they lost in battle. But we couldn’t possibly let governments be held responsible for ALL the costs of this largely unnecessary war, could we?

I’d still like to go all Celtic and piss in a pot made of a chicken-hawk politician’s skull!
