Caturday Cash-In Kitty

Mr. Uncas decided to claim the spoils of change-rolling operations. You can almost see his shopping list in his eyes, right? ” Tuna, and more tuna, and more tuna….oh, an a bag of ‘nip.”

    Beautiful Mr. Uncas!

He is a pretty boy, and like most tom kitties, he is a very loving sort. I should stay strictly away from both cats, but they are very beguiling.

I certainly couldn’t resist him. Such beautiful markings and such intelligence in those eyes. And his way with money – who *could* resist?

LOL…he is, in a way, the culmination of a wish. Back in 2003 when I was labyrinth building, an abandoned female kitty moved into the yard and birthed a passel of wild kittens. We caught and homed all but one, and she birthed kittens….we trapped and neutered all of them. Two of them were truly feral young toms that looked just like Uncas…clouded brown tabbies of great beauty. In time, one died on the road and the other vanished. Uncas is like a silver ghost of those poor boy-kitties.
